Job Scope
- Perform day-to-day operational activities in relation to Inward Telegraphic Transfer (ITT)/Outward Telegraphic Transfer (OTT).
- Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing.
- Perform daily reconciliation of ITT/OTT payments.
- Collaborate widely with internal stakeholders and ensure that their ITT/OTT payment related queries are timely addressed, and issues timely resolved.
- Ensure timely escalation of system issues and work with tech counterparts to resolve those issues.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any related field
- With 1 - 3 years of working background in a banking operations environment, with a processing role experience.
- Focused and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to deliver under tight deadlines and under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate drive to deliver high quality results and commitment to personal goals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Competent knowledge in Cash and Remittance Operations and related Operations matters.
